We\u2019re developing technologies using the SPring-8 large synchrotron radiation facility to solve problems through analysis not possible in normal scientific investigation. Constructed by the Institute of Physical and Chemical Research (RIKEN) and the Japan Atomic Energy Research Institute, SPring-8 produces the world\u2019s highest-performance synchrotron radiation. Synchrotron radiation, which can be 10 billion times brighter than the sun, can be used to investigate the shapes and functions of substances at the molecular or even atomic level.<br>\r\nThe Forensic Science Group at SPring-8, which conducts such cutting-edge research and development, uses the \u03c9 series.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<figure class=\"voice-intro-mainimg\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/puric.organo.co.jp\/module\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/img_voice07_1.jpg\" alt=\"Voice of Yasuo Seto, Forensic Science Group, RIKEN SPring-8 Center (RSC)\" \/>\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/puric.organo.co.jp\/module\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/img_voice07_1_2.jpg\" alt=\"setting image\" \/><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<section class=\"anker-contents\" id=\"use\">\r\n<div class=\"contents\">\r\n<h2><span>Uses<\/span><\/h2>\r\n<h3>What are your uses for ultrapure water?<\/h3>\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/puric.organo.co.jp\/module\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/img_voice07_2.jpg\" alt=\"interview\" class=\"f-r w40\" \/>\r\n<p>We use it in a variety of situations including <strong>elemental analysis, organic matter analysis, sample preparation, and cleaning of biological samples.<\/strong> In the world of forensic science, the constant need for correct information and accurate experimental findings is a given, and demands advanced analytical technologies. Because of this, <strong>the use of pure and ultrapure water is standard,<\/strong> and the water is recognized as indispensable.<br>\r\nIn particular, the analysis using synchrotron radiation which we are researching and developing is highly sensitive, detecting even the most trace amounts of foreign matter and impurities. For this reason, it requires ultrapure water with minimal contamination.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/section>\r\n\r\n<section class=\"anker-contents\" id=\"cause\">\r\n<div class=\"contents\">\r\n<h2><span>What led you to start considering Organo products?<\/span><\/h2>\r\n<div class=\"sep-box\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/puric.organo.co.jp\/module\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/img_voice07_3.jpg\" alt=\"\u03c9 image\" class=\"f-l w40\" \/>\r\n<div>\r\n<h3>How did you find out about Organo?<\/h3>\r\n<p>It began when I spotted an advertisement for Organo at an academic conference.<br>\r\nA research institute I had been associated with used pure and ultrapure water systems from other companies. When we renewed our systems, I wanted to use a different manufacturer. Based on the catalog, the quality of treated water seemed usable in experiments and the specifications and performance seemed sufficient as well, so I became more interested in the products.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/section>\r\n<section class=\"anker-contents\" id=\"reason\">\r\n<div class=\"contents\">\r\n<h2><span>Reasons for adoption<\/span><\/h2>\r\n<h3>What was your main reason for choosing an Organo system?<\/h3>\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/puric.organo.co.jp\/module\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/img_voice07_4.jpg\" alt=\"\u03c9 image\" class=\"f-r w30\" \/>\r\n<p>It was dependability of Organo as a <strong>domestic manufacturer.<\/strong> A research institute I earlier belonged to had adopted Organo systems, so I decided to choose Organo again when purchasing an ultrapure water system.<br>\r\n<strong>Organo\u2019s people were another decisive factor in the end.<\/strong> Even at our faraway location, sales representatives visited to propose and explain equipment. I was impressed by the attentive response.<\/p>\r\n<h3>What have you found positive about using the \u03c9 Series?<\/h3>\r\n<p>I of course appreciate that its water quality is suitable for trace analysis, and that <strong>the single-cabinet system is compact.<\/strong> Other companies&#8217; products required space\r\nfor separately installing a tank or a filter next to the system. By comparison,\u03c9 series saves space.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/section>\r\n<section class=\"anker-contents\" id=\"conclusion\">\r\n<div class=\"contents\">\r\n<h2><span>Summary<\/span><\/h2>\r\n<h3>Do you have any requests regarding Organo products?<\/h3>\r\n<p>The running cost (consumables) feels high.
